Uttarakhand Building Centre Private Limited is financially and technically assisted by HUDCO, BMTPC & Govt.Of India under Program "Lab To Land". We came into existence on 16 November, 1998 in Srinagar Garhwal.

Production of Construction Materials
We produce all types of materials like walling with Hollow Blocks, Pre-cast Septic Tank Rings, Concrete Manhole Covers, Drain Covers and all good quality products. We are a major supplier of Interlocking Tiles and Pavers in Uttarakhand. Our prestigious client list has some big names like Nagar Palikas and Nagar Panchayats, Uttarakhand Payjal Nigam, Uttar Pradesh Nirman Nigam, National Highways PWD & H.N.B.University.
Construction Technologies
We use random rubble masonry in foundation with bonsai columns in all corners and joints with hollow blocks walling and in roof we provide joist and plank roof.
Training and Dissemination
We conduct various programs to aware local artisans and public about earthquake resistant technologies . So far 256 masons have been trained and benefited through our various projects in Uttarakhand.
